2. Who may use the Service You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Coaches and school administrators are responsible for inviting players and ensuring appropriate use by their roster.

3. Your account You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. School and team data You retain ownership of data you enter (rosters, stats, notes, logos). You grant Benchmarked a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you and users you authorize.
