Benchmarked ("we") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use benchmarkedscouting.com.

Information we collect - Account information: name, email, password (stored hashed). - Team data you enter: rosters, game stats, scouting notes, logos, schedules. - Usage and error data: server logs; optional error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) if enabled.

How we use information - Provide and improve the Service. - Authenticate users and enforce permissions (coach vs player). - Send transactional email (password reset, invites) when email is configured.

Sharing We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the app (hosting, database, email, file storage) under their terms.

Player accounts Coaches control invite access to their school. Player-visible content is limited to what coaches explicitly share (e.g. game plan keys).

Data retention Data remains while your account and school exist. You may request deletion by contacting us; we will remove or anonymize where reasonably possible.

Security We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, hashed passwords, role-based access). No system is 100% secure.

Your choices Update profile settings, use password reset, or ask your coach/org admin to remove your access.

Children Programs involving minors should be managed by coaches/adults. Players should register only through coach-provided invite codes.

Changes We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
